1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 7v7.asia ("7v7," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 7v7 online gaming platform, including all associated games, services, promotions, and features available at https://7v7.asia and its subdomains.

By registering an account, logging in, accessing any game, or otherwise using any service provided by 7v7, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the 7v7 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 7v7 platform and close your account if one has already been created.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Access to and use of 7v7 is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This minimum age requirement is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is non-negotiable. 7v7 employs age verification procedures at registration and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You are physically located in the Republic of the Philippines at the time of accessing the platform, or you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is legal and you are not subject to any local law that prohibits participation in online gaming.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person, entity, or organization, and you are using the platform exclusively for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of such individuals employed by 7v7, any affiliated entity, or any software provider whose games are hosted on the platform.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 7v7 or been subject to an exclusion or suspension imposed by PAGCOR or any other gaming regulatory body.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under any form of legal disability or impairment.

7v7 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any eligibility criterion at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access real-money gaming services on 7v7, you must register a personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at any time. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using the same or different identity details, is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and such other information as may be requested. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. 7v7 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login information.

You must notify 7v7 immediately via the in-platform live chat if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorized access to your account or any security breach affecting your credentials.

7v7 reserves the right to verify your identity through Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures at any time, including at the point of withdrawal. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification documents as requested.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions

All monetary transactions on the 7v7 platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). Supported payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability.

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction.
• Withdrawals: Subject to a minimum amount as notified on the platform. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible. All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification.
• Processing times: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 1–3 banking days.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

7v7 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are communicated at the point of offer.
• Bonuses are valid for the time period specified in the promotion. Unclaimed or unexpired bonus amounts are forfeited upon expiry.
• 7v7 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, including after a player has claimed a bonus, if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
• Multiple account holders attempting to claim promotions on behalf of a single individual through duplicate accounts will have all associated bonus funds and derived winnings forfeited.

6. Game Rules and Conduct

All games available on the 7v7 platform — including but not limited to live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, poker variants, slots, bingo, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable game rules before placing any wager.

7v7 utilizes certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games, independently audited for fairness and compliance. Live dealer games are streamed from regulated studios in real time. All game outcomes are final once a round or transaction has been completed and confirmed by the system.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Registering multiple accounts or colluding with other users to exploit bonuses or game mechanics.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Any form of fraud, money laundering, or use of funds derived from illegal activities.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the platform.

• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior directed at 7v7 staff or other players.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, location, or any other material information provided to 7v7.

8. Responsible Gaming

7v7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. Players are encouraged to treat gaming as a form of entertainment, not as a financial strategy or income source.

7v7 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your account settings:

• Deposit limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss limits — Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the 7v7 platform without express written permission from 7v7. Unauthorized use of 7v7 intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 7v7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

7v7's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Privacy and Data

7v7 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7v7 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Player data may be shared with PAGCOR, law enforcement authorities, and fraud prevention agencies as required by law or regulation.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, provided that nothing in this clause shall prevent 7v7 from seeking injunctive or other urgent relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Players with gaming-related complaints may also escalate unresolved disputes to PAGCOR's Player Dispute Resolution mechanism in accordance with applicable regulatory procedures.

13. Modifications to These Terms

7v7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent on-site notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law, regulation, or urgent operational circumstances.

Your continued use of the 7v7 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.
